Congratulations
to the Washington Wrestling Team for their first place finish in the
Saint Paul City Conference Wrestling Meet held Saturday, January 20,
2008. Most of the wrestlers were new to the sport this year and they all
improved remarkedly throughout the season.
Members of the team
included Tar Baw, Cody Chapman, Gao Her, Sheady Htoo, Green Lee,
Conique Leigh, William Linn, Vong Lor, Danny McKinney, Tony Reese,
Dai'Quan Robinson, Troy Sawyer, Ismail Turay, Ma Vang, Tou Vang,
Vongwan Vang, Keanarii Warren, Kerry Wilson-Snyder, Kong Meng Xiong,
Bee Yang, and Pao Ye Yang. The team was coached by Tijl VanDerWege,
Eric Cramer, and Jesse Mercado. Great Job Eagle Grapplers!
