Washington offers a diverse afterschool program on Monday through Thursday afternoons from 2:45 to 5:00 PM. Busing is provided. A snack is served immediately after school, then students go to selected classes. Knitting, woodshop, rocket making, K'Nex construction, stock market exploration, career investigation (a look into engineering) with computer software and modeling, card making, help with homework, board games, gardening, and self improvement are some of the areas that have offered classes.
