Mr. James Paddock has been an Assistant Principal at Washington Technology for the past four years. After graduating from Harding High School in 1977 he studied at University of Minnesota Duluth receiving a Bachelors of Applied Science. Mr. Paddock started his career as a substitute teacher for the St. Paul Schools in 1982. After teaching at Highland Park Senior High, Mr. Paddock returned to school and was awarded a Master of Science degree from Mankato State University in 1997. In 2001 Mr. Paddock earned his Education Administrative Licensure from St. Mary’s University. Duties at Washington Technology include working with 9th and 12th grade students, lunch coordination, grading windows, substitute teachers, and the community service program.
