Get Ready staff make it their goal to help students succeed in school, develop a positive outlook about their future, come up with specific career ideas and understand the steps involved in getting to college.
Washington has three full time Get Ready Academic Advisors. Advisors work closely with the principal, teachers and Project Success staff to facilitate monthly workshops. They also provide individual coaching sessions to every student to help them stay on track for success.
Get Ready also employs a number of Get Ready College Corps Tutors that are available after school most days to help students with their homework and learn more about college.
