Get Ready Staff
Get Ready staff make it their goal to help students succeed in school, develop a positive outlook about their future, generate specific career ideas and understand the steps involved in getting to college.
Washington has four full time Get Ready Academic Advisors. Advisors work closely with the principal, teachers and other college access program staff to facilitate monthly workshops. They also provide individual coaching sessions to every student to help them stay on track for success.
Get Ready also employs a number of Get Ready College Corps Tutors that are available at the end of most school days to help students with their homework and learn more about college.
